Ingredients
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (your choice)
- 1/3 cup Lemon Juice from Concentrate
- 1 envelope (1.25 ounces) taco seasoning mix
- heavy duty aluminum foil
- 4 ears corn, shucked
- 4 fresh chicken leg quarters
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium-high, according to manufacturer’s directions.
- In a small bowl, add barbecue sauce, lemon juice and taco seasoning.
- Wrap each ear of corn in foil packet, leaving room for heat circulation.
- Grill chicken for 40 to 50 minutes or until done (internal temp 180° F).
- Baste with barbecue sauce mixture and turning occasionally.
- Grill corn packets on covered grill, turning once, 16 to 20 minutes or until corn is tender.
